Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.  We will do our utmost to deliver within an AM or PM window if specified at checkout.

Payment of the delivery fee results in one journey made.  If there is nobody home, we will attempt to leave your order with a neighbour or in a suitable safe & dry place.

A note is always provided to confirm the location of the florals.

If there are no neighbours available to take delivery and there is no suitable & dry safe place then the order will be returned to my Studio for collection at an agreed time.

Every attempt is made to deliver before taking this action.
